Data Files are basic units of data in Daisho. Each Data File is a single 2-dimensional table - think of it as single Worksheet in Excel. Naturally, a data-file has rows and columns. You can upload files, or create new files from existing files on Daisho. All files OWNED by you get counted against your quota. Files SHARED by others DONT count against your quota.

A workspace is created when you use a recipe with data and context. All the signals/hypotheses are created at a workspace level. There typically are several predictive models inside each workspace. And as you create more models iteratively, each of them appear inside the workspace. And just as data-files, only workspaces OWNED by you count against your quota.

Your data gets automatically deleted if your account is closed - data on disk, workspaces, models, everything. You can download all your data using the Export Data functionalities.
